Ryan C. Siden - Managing PartnerAttorney Siden focuses his practice on business law. He has expertise handling all types of business litigation and has successfully represented clients in employment law matters, copyright and patent infringement, complex contract disputes, shareholder and partner disputes, real estate litigation and bankruptcy litigation. He also manages his clients’ corporate needs, including corporate formation, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, employment and general corporate maintenance.

Mr. Siden founded Siden & Associates, P.C. in August of 2003. Prior to founding Siden & Associates, Mr. Siden acted as Corporation Counsel for Elatec Technology Corporation. As Corporation Counsel, Mr. Siden managed all of Elatec’s legal matters, including voluminous civil litigation for the worldwide manufacturer of capital equipment, all corporate transactions including corporate formation, restructuring and merger and acquisition issues. Mr. Siden improved Elatec’s policies for protecting intellectual property and enforcing its intellectual property rights. He was also responsible for corporate maintenance, employment and government regulatory matters.

Mr. Siden obtained his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in 1999 and obtained his Bachelors of Arts in History, magna cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1996.

He is an active member of the Association of Independent Counsel (“AIGC”) and New England Corporate Counsel Association Networking Group.

Mr. Siden is admitted to practice in the Courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts and the U. S. First Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Siden has been admitted pro hac vice in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Montana and the United States District Court for the District of Maine.
